I’ve been in a yellow phase recently. I think it’s because of all of the beautiful and warmer weather we’ve had recently, as well as all the gorgeous new produce that’s starting to appear in the grocery stores and farmers markets.
Most people don’t think of local farms and seasonal produce when they hear “New Jersey” but that IS the reality. It isn’t called the Garden State for nothing.
It’s almost spring – in fact, it’s only one day away! You would never know that by looking out my windows right now, considering the piles of snow decorating the lawns and streets.
I can’t believe it’s already February… last month was such a blur for me. I spent half of the month away from home traveling for the 9-5.
